Note
hii! 6, 17 and 18 for ao3 wrapped please! :D
6. Favorite title you used
annealed for my first Russingon fic
17. Your favorite character to write this year?
Elias of Shiui Brines, my first original character I’ve written in twelve years. He’s the POV of that original work grieving widower dads fic that was inspired by the Barduil dynamic.
18. The character that gave you the most trouble writing this year?
Cayde O’Shea, another OC in another marriage of convenience fic, because he’s more unlikeable than Elias and the beginnings of this marriage are more hostile than the Jagadeesh/Elias match.

Note
for the two character ask thing: King Jagadessh and Count Elias from Druadal please?
vs. for who I think would win a fight
Elias has made a career out of getting into fights, but for very petty reasons tbh, while Jagadeesh as the king is well-trained in combat but Druadal has been at peace for a long time, and as the king, he can only get into fights if the situation demands it. So depending on the cause, it could go either way.
“or” for who I like better
Personally I think Jagadeesh? Elias is much more confident in himself (at least until he is widowed and moves to the capital) while Jag has always struggled with confidence in himself, which is something I can relate to more.
“+” for how I ship them (platonic, familial, romantic, not at all)
Romantically, ofc, although it’s a verrry slow burn

27 and 28 for weird asks for writers!
27. Who is the most stressful character you’ve ever written? Why?
My original character, Count Elias of Shiui Brines, in my original work loved each other with fragments of ourselves that were dead, because he was the first original character I'd written in over ten years.
28. Who is the most delightful character you’ve ever written? Why?
Lakshmana hands down, especially my fic "three times Lakshmana was wrong and three times he was right" -- I was chortling the entire time from the sheer combination of his loyalty and his sassiness.
